All of Skuñizza Italian Love ® jewels on our online shop are in 925% Sterling Silver, nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

How can I take care of my Skuñizza Italian Love ® jewels?

Skuñizza Italian Love jewels, worn with love, do not require special maintenance, especially if they are gently cleaned with a soft cloth and stored properly.

Delivery methods

The Customer can choose his/her own residence or his/her domicile, the workplace, or private address of a physical person of his/her choice.
The delivery of the products is carried out at the address indicated by the Customer only after the regular registration of the payment for the order.
In case at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package has imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier, to check the status of the product contained therein.
For every order placed on the Site, Italian Love s.r.l.s. is not obliged to issue an invoice, unless it is expressly requested by the customer at the time the transaction is carried out, as required by art. 22, paragraph 1, No. 1 of the D.P.R. n. 633/1972. No change in the receipt will be possible after the issuance thereof.

Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are clearly indicated in the order form. They may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the country of destination of the products.

Shipping Rules

Orders will be processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, holidays and national holidays excluded, within 2/4 working days following the confirmation and payment of the order.
In case the ordered goods are unavailable, or temporarily out of stock, Italian Love s.r.l.s. will promptly notify the Customer by e-mail to arrange an immediate refund or a change of the chosen products.
Italian Love s.r.l.s. is not responsible for unpredictable delays.
In case of withdrawal (within 24 hours of purchase), the amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees

To Italy:

  • Standard Method NOT TRACKABLE with Poste Italiane's Posta1 (3 €) signature not required upon delivery * variable delivery times: from 3 to 7 working days.
  • TRACKABLE method with Raccomandata by Poste Italiane (7 €) signature requested upon delivery * variable delivery times: from 2 to 4 working days.
  • Standard shipping with Posta1 is free for orders over € 75.

To Europe:

  • Standard method NOT TRACKABLE with PostePriorityInternational by Poste Italiane (€ 6.50) signature not required upon delivery * variable delivery times: from 7 to 15 working days.
  • TRACKABLE method with Raccomandata Internazionale by Poste Italiane (15 €) signature requested upon delivery * variable delivery times: from 5 to 10 working days.
  • Standard shipping with PostaPriorityInternational is free for orders over € 75.

To the rest of the world:

  • Standard method NOT TRACKABLE with PostePriorityInternational by Poste Italiane (€ 8.50) signature not required upon delivery * variable delivery times: from 10 to 20 working days.
  • TRACKABLE method with Raccomandata Internazionale by Poste Italiane (€ 15) signature requested upon delivery * variable delivery times: from 7 to 15 working days.
  • Standard shipping with PostaPriorityInternational is free for orders over € 75.
Payments

Payment information.
Terms of payment
Customers can pay by credit / debit / prepaid card, which is charged at the moment of purchase. The payment made through the website www.skunizza.com is managed online by the bank through Stripe. This company is responsible for the storage and automatic processing in a protection of information relating to each order, including financial information.
All financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date and CVV are directly managed by the online payment management company, which guarantees the security of transactions on the web. Italian Love s.r.l.s. is not aware of the details of the credit card and is therefore unable to store them in any way.

Withdrawal policy

In the event that the Product appears damaged / defective, the Customer is required to write an email to info@skunizza.com within 24 hours, and explain eventual issues.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications caused during transport by a transport company must be immediately reported. Once the delivery confirmation has been signed, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Italian Love s.r.l.s. will replace any defective Product free of charge.
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, he/she can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, in line with the provisions of Article 64 of the Consumer Code.
Italian Love s.r.l.s. will refund the full cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer but must be unused and undamaged and in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of a possible gift.
The acceptance of the return can take place only with prior authorization from Italian Love s.r.l.s.

Returns not allowed

- customized items or items made at the Customer's request.

The Customer can independently choose the preferred shipping method. The customer is responsible for any risks related to the return and the shipping costs.
The credit will be made to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for payment once package is received.
